We just completed production on the 2008 Dixie Rotary Bowl Sponsor Presentation Kit. This is a very complex job as the Dixie Rotary Bowl transitions into the NCAA and is developing new sponsorship exposure opportunities to sell. The design of the kit includes a Sponsorships-at-a-Glance page on the back cover to shows sponsors what they receive for each sponsorship level. This feature was noted by sponsors to be lacking in most presentation kits they received and has generated a lot of excitement and improved sponsor relations.

The bowl began offering new limited special sponsorships including event sponsorships. For each of these sponsorships, we have developed an insert that was produced in small quantities to be given to a sponsor who asks about these limited availability sponsorships.

As the final piece in the package, we designed an intuitive sponsor agreement form as a tool to complete the transaction. The form is produced in an NCR triplicate and provided on the bowl website as an online interactive PDF form.

In 2008, we also helped the Dixie Rotary Bowl Association to begin certifying their printed pieces with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) through printing partner Rocky Mountain Printing. The ideals of Rotary are tied to social consciousness and this change upholds those ideals. Due to FSC logo restrictions, this logo does not appear on the online PDFs of the job.
